What You'll Do

As a Virtual General Internist, you will:

• Provide comprehensive virtual internal medicine consultations for adult diabetes patients throughout Ontario.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a broad range of complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to support coordinated patient care.
• Review diagnostic investigations and provide timely recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using an established electronic medical record.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centred care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for independent registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Certification in Internal Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent recognized credentials).
• Eligible to provide insured virtual medical services in Ontario.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable delivering patient care through virtual platforms.
• Committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care.
