An established and growing network of multidisciplinary outpatient medical clinics is seeking a General Internist or Cardiologist to provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and longitudinal patient care at one of its locations in Guelph or Markham.

The Opportunity

You will join an experienced team dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiovascular care in a collaborative outpatient environment. Supported by skilled clinical and administrative staff, you'll be able to focus on what matters most—providing excellent care and building meaningful relationships with your patients.

Physicians are supported by modern clinic infrastructure, established referral networks, and efficient workflows designed to optimize both the patient and physician experience.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with a broad range of cardiovascular and internal medicine conditions.
• Interpret and report outpatient cardiac diagnostic testing, including:
• Stress Testing
• Echocardiography
• Holter Monitoring
• Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring
• ECG interpretation
• Additional non-invasive cardiac investigations as available
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care.
• Communicate effectively with referring physicians and allied healthcare professionals.
• Participate in maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience.

Schedule

• 2–3 days per week
• Flexible scheduling based on physician availability
• Daytime outpatient practice
• No inpatient responsibilities
• No mandatory hospital call

Qualifications

• Certification in Internal Medicine or Cardiology.
• Eligible for independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Eligible for Royal College certification (or equivalent recognized credentials).
• Strong commitment to patient-centred care and collaborative practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
